The initial setup of the Auto Attendant and custom greetings was straightforward using their online portal. I also utilized the Extension Dialing for different departments, and it's been working flawlessly. I've primarily used the Desktop App for managing calls and SMS Business Texting, and it's quite robust. Call recording was an important feature for me, and the quality of the recordings has been consistently clear. The call logs provide all the necessary details. I did encounter a small issue with setting up international call forwarding initially, but their support team walked me through it quickly. Overall, it's a comprehensive service that delivers on its promises.
Good value, minor snag
I signed up for the Virtual Phone System and added a Local Business Number. The overall value was good, especially with the annual billing discount. The Mobile App for Business works well for calls, but I did notice that the SMS Business Texting can sometimes be a little slow to update messages. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, which was great. Customer service was helpful when I called about a billing question, though I had to wait on hold for about 5 minutes.
